Delivery

Brownies can be posted anywhere in the UK (mainland only, not including corporate orders)

Collection

Brownies, cupcakes and celebration cakes can be collected from our High Street shop (Find Us) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 10am and 6pm.

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds will be given on cakes not collected.

If you do not collect your cake on the date you specified when ordering, we will hold onto it for 24 hours and attempt to contact you. After that time the cake will be disposed of. 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order for any reason please phone or email within 24 hours of ordering.

Once your order is in production it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

We cannot accept returns on any food product.

No refunds will be given on products not collected.

All of our products are nut-free, we can also accommodate for any dietary requirements or intolerances. Please use the contact form to send us a message or call to have a chat! Some special requirements may incur a small extra charge.

Orders are now collected from our new premises 62 Frimley High Street, Frimley, Camberley, GU16 7JF on the day you chose from the date picker.
