Brownies Subscription

Monthly Box of 6 – mixed flavours

£13.50 (+ £4.50 postage)

Flavours will vary and include Limited Editions and Seasonal Specials through out the year.

Brownies are available to purchase as a single order on this website (here) or from our High Street Shop, mixed box of 6 is £15 (+P&P).

How it works

Our subscription service will take an automatic payment each month on the day you order the first box.

Your Brownies will be posted out on either the 1st or 15th of each month depending on when you first subscribed.

ie. If you subscribe between 30th Oct and 12th Nov, your first subscription box will be posted on 15th Nov.  

If you subscribe between 13th and 29th Oct, your first subscription box will be posted on 1st Nov.

After you receive your first box, your monthly subscription will arrive on the same date each month (subject to postal strikes or delays).

We use Royal Mail 1st Class for our deliveries. 

All subscription boxes are sent out on either the 1st or 15th of the month. 

If your subscription is sent on the 1st, you should receive it between 2nd-4th of the month.

If you subscription is sent on the 15th, you should receive it between 16th-18th of the month. 

Dates may vary due to whether the 1st or 15th are a Sunday or Monday when we are closed. If this occurs the brownies will be posted out on the first Tuesday following those dates. 

Postal Strikes

If we are aware of any postal strikes around the 1st or 15th of the month, we will delay making the brownies and post them as soon as possible after the strike days. So your brownies will always be sent fresh. 

Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription at any point you will need to email us giving one month’s notice.

ie. If you cancel on 7th Feb and have a box due to be posted on 15th Feb. We will still send the box and cancel the subscription from 15th March. 

Returns

Due to Brownies being a perishable product we cannot accept returns.

Refunds
Refunds

We will only issue a refund if the product is faulty.

Please check that you have given us the correct postal address as we cannot be held responsible for boxes being posted to the wrong address.

If your Brownie Box has been delivered damaged please take photos as evidence and email us.
